It’s not just about weight, it’s about skin care, mood, fatigue, all of that gets factored into what you eat/drink and how active you are each day. I love myself, and my body. Every curve, dimple, stretch mark, cellulite crevice, all of it makes up me, and my body has done some amazing things. It’s only right that I treat it just as well (or better) than it has treated me💗

Painting anything is our favorite mommy daughter time and quite simply the easiest diy anyone can do. Paint pretties up anything! Have you been crafting?

We got a special delivery and what do you know, monkey see monkey do. Caroline climbed “the mountain” so sissy had to climb up too😂 These girls are adjoined at the hip sometimes and I’m not mad at it. Swipe to see their next adventure, and of course, they packed the necessities 😎

As their mother, as a woman with ambition, as a someone who hopes to shine a light on how important loving yourself through all walks of life is, my goal is to raise them wild, kind, ambitious, respectful, and independent.

Our in-ground garden is underway and we still have tons of tomatoes and peppers coming in, we planted flowers, and blueberries and am hoping to get pumpkins planted this weekend, even though it may be too late. We decided to get dressed up and pick some flowers in their new fall dresses from @pippaandjulie 🍂✨ Aren’t they sweet?! They gifted the girls a few fall outfits and their styles are so adorable!
